The place

Milos Italian is a fabulous Bistro on Par Beach. It’s an Italian pizza/pasta concept, set over two floors, with an impressive clay pizza oven taking centre stage, where our team create delicious Italian dishes for our customers to enjoy. It’s in a fantastic location too, offering beautiful views across Par Beach and beyond.

A fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our talented team at Milos Italian Bistro, providing outstanding service to customers and generally ensuring they have a fabulous time!

In this varied and hands on role, as well as working in the restaurant, we’ll also show you the ropes in the kitchen too, so you can assist when required, and who knows, you may have a real talent in this area and wish to develop it further!

Experience

Previous customer facing experience is essential. Ideally, you’ll have previous experience in a restaurant/bar environment and some catering experience too but it’s also the talent and personality we’re looking for so if you have that, we can teach you the rest. You’ll be educated to GCSE level or hold an equivalent hospitality qualification.

Pay

The pay is National Minimum Wage/Living Wage.

Contract

Hours will be offered on a casual basis and we anticipate the duration of the role will be for around three months. Hours will vary, and will include a variety of shifts.
