It’s an exciting time for Park Leisure. We’ve recently bought our 12^th park and there are great plans for the future!

The role

Based at Par Market, you’ll sell the dream of owning a holiday home at Par Sands, based along the beautiful Cornish Coast.

With a passion for sales and engaging with people, you’ll use your talents to capture the attention of customers, creating a real excitement about the park and the fabulous facilities it offers!

You’ll know your product, having an in-depth knowledge of all our holiday homes and the various packages available. You’ll encourage customers to visit the park, taking their details and booking appointments for them to meet with our dedicated on-park sales team.

In summer, there may also be the opportunity to assist on park, from answering customer enquiries received from media outlets, to contacting prospective customers to arrange a tour, always maximising opportunities.

Working autonomously, you’ll be determined to not only achieve targets but exceed them!

About you

You’re enthusiastic, determined, hard-working, proactive and self-motivated. You’re polite, professional, reliable and trustworthy. You’re sales-focused, love working to targets, are a confident communicator and get a real buzz from speaking to new people.

Experience

You’ll have previous customer facing experience. Previous experience of direct selling to the general public, as well as experience of promoting products is certainly preferable, however, it’s the talent and passion for sales and exceptional customer service we’re looking for too. Educated to GCSE or equivalent.

Pay

National Minimum Wage/Living Wage, plus for each successful park tour lead achieved you’ll receive £25.00 and if a customer buys a holiday home following a successful park tour lead you generated you’ll receive £150.00.

Contract

The contract is based on 24 hours per week, to be discussed in more detail at interview stage. Weekend working will be required. There may be an opportunity for overtime during the summer months.

This is a temporary position for up to nine months.
