Customer Care Advisor - Amble, Morpeth

It’s an exciting time for Park Leisure. We’ve recently bought our 12th park and there are great plans for the future.

The park

Situated on the North East coast, near to the charming fishing village of Amble, Amble Links Holiday Park offers customers a wealth of activities and a prime location for exploring further afield.

The job

The Customer Care team are the first point of contact for holiday home owners and you’ll ensure a proficient and professional service is provided to every customer at all times. You’ll ensure customers receive an exceptional level of customer service, whilst also ensuring queries/complaints are dealt with promptly and efficiently.

You’ll support the Customer Care Manager in organising and running small events around the park, ensuring the park maintains an excellent rapport with both existing and perspective customers and a friendly and welcoming environment is upheld at all times. You’ll act as an ambassador for the company always leading by example, offering a professional and proficient service to our customers.

You’ll be answering telephone calls, offering a polite and courteous telephone manner and answering emails efficiently. You’ll also make regular use of the in-house purchase system to order items when advised. You’ll ensure customers receive a handover containing information regarding their new holiday home, ensuring customers are continuously updated regarding their purchase.

About you

You are friendly, polite, enthusiastic, efficient, professional, approachable, punctual and a confident communicator. You are able to meet deadlines, reliable, trustworthy and organised. You are motivated, a good team player, focused, driven to succeed and have excellent attention to detail.

Essential experience

You’ll have significant previous experience in a direct customer facing role and ideally, have experience of administration processes and using computer based applications, though, training can be provided. Ideally, you’ll be educated to A-level or equivalent.

Pay

The pay is National Minimum Wage/National Living Wage, plus bonus potential. Benefits such as holiday and pension are also on offer.

Hours

The role is a full time permanent position. Hours will be discussed in more detail at interview stage.
