It’s an exciting time for Park Leisure. We’ve recently bought our 12th park and there are great plans for the future.

The place

Plas Coch is owners only so you can really get to know your customers. It’s a great location, a fabulous building and we’ve recently refurbished the Lounge Bar which is our main dining area and there’s also the more formal 1569 restaurant and the Country Club & Bar which is more of an entertainment venue. Food is also served outside and we have events throughout the year that you’ll also be involved in.

The job

You’ll make sure the team are ready for service, plan and direct food prep and ensure all dishes are delivered to an excellent standard, monitor quality, resolve any issues, be involved in menu creation, costing, wastage and portion control, run the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef, help develop the team, give team briefings, promote a great working environment, ensure health, hygiene and legal compliance and generally do everything a Sous Chef would do.

About you

You are friendly, positive, reliable, trustworthy, professional, confident, a good communicator, a great team player, want to learn, enjoy teaching others, creative, innovative, organised, meet deadlines, get the detail right, quickly understand what’s needed, want to excel, buzz on doing a great job and can lead a team to success.
