  • Salary: Seasonal/Contract Up to £8.72 per hour - Dependant on Experience
  • Hours of Work: 5/6 days including weekends

Full-time position; Holiday Park Sales support & Sales Administrator on the beautiful Hampshire coast

We have 30+ different parks up and down the coast and a head office in the beautiful South East of England, so a change in location would be easily do-able in the future with a superb internal support structure.

When your Holiday Park is doing well (which this one does!), you can expect to reap the rewards and earn yourself staff referrals when directly helping the Sales Advisors by meeting new perspective buyers and booking them in for appointments...If and when they buy...You earn.

If and when the park excels (which it does), you will get the opportunity to go on an all expenses paid end of season trip abroad. These have included in the past; Miami, Vegas, Bennidorm...The list goes on and on...

What we need; We can't stress enough the importance of organisation and time management skills. We are a small team with direct communications with all areas of the business and outside contractors. This includes dealing with pre-existing and new owner claims, taking control of the Holiday Home Sales process from the day a customer purchases to the day we get their Holiday Homes ready for them to take ownership and further into their after sales support and care service. All documents must be recorded and organised and processes followed.

We are always thinking of and acting on new ideas to get our name out there to make a positive impact in the local area and beyond. What difference would you like to make? A touch of flare can go a long way; Another area we pride ourselves in is the look and feel of a Holiday Home when someone views it for the very first time. One of your key roles will be to look after our Holiday Homes for sale and get them ready for viewing with a 'brochure ready' mentality. This also relates to our online presence and you will be taking ownership of our official online sales page...We hope you can take a stylish photo.
