Administration Manager/Guest Relations Manager - Rye Harbour Holiday Park
Salary: £20,000 AAE

Due to internal promotion Park Holidays are looking for an Administration Manager/ Guest Relations Manager to join our established team in the beautiful and historic East Sussex countryside. 
Rye Harbour Park is situated alongside Rye Harbour and adjacent to a renowned nature reserve.  Rye Harbour is a popular choice with Holiday Home owners who enjoy the genuine “family feel” of this small, friendly park.  This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a team looking to grow and expand both the business and themselves.  

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • To carry out general payroll administration accurately.
  • Processing paperwork to ensure we are fully compliant with company policy including Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports (banking, purchase ordering, stock returns etc)
  • Cash handling and banking in line with company deadlines and guidelines.
  • To oversee the Holiday Sub-Let service and standards of delivery on park, working closely with the General Manager to deliver a great guest stay whilst controlling costs within the department and its budget.
  • Working with cleaning contractor, checking units with General Manager prior to guest arrival to ensure standards are being maintained across the Park.  Regularly visiting new guest to ensure customer satisfaction.

  The successful candidate will have:

  • A professional and outgoing personality with a proactive approach.
  • Excellent communication skills dealing with guests and owners along with building close working relationships with relevant Head Office departments such as accounts, HR, sales processing.
  • Flexibility on working hours – The role supports the Park who work 7 days a week so the ability to work weekends is essential.
  • Ability to work under pressure with good decision making skills.
  • Excellent IT skills including knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and email.
  • Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality at all times.
