Dispatch Supervisor - London

We are looking for a full-time Dispatch Supervisor, to lead our London fulfilment team – packing and distributing coffee to our online customers and wholesale clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing a warehouse, fulfilment/dispatch team or production facility. They will have an eye for organisation and a love to keep a tidy work environment.

An interest or knowledge in coffee would be cool but isn’t a requirement – you will be immersed and trained in all things coffee from day one!

Day-to-day, you will lead our London fulfilment team to:

  • Lead x2 Dispatch Assistants, ensuring they meet expectations for productivity, quality, continuous improvement and performance.
  • Champion the OCRI purpose and values, ensuring they are embedded in the London-based Dispatch team.
  • Ensuring anything that leaves the building adheres to the highest standards of the OCRI brand and quality.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through the management of accurate and timely order fulfilment.
  • Work closely with the eCommerce, Wholesale and Production teams to ensure any issues directly relating to orders are resolved in a timely manner.

This job is based at our roastery in Bethnal Green, and will report to our UK Dispatch Manager who is based at our sister company Hasbean, in Stafford.
