Senior Data Analyst - International

Responsibilities:
- Handle the entire coordination required for the Oxfitness App Development
- Interpret data, analyze results and provide on-going reports/updates to the management
- Monitor payments/bugs/client feedback and race flags at appropriate times
- Manage surveys uploaded through the app and monitor data and results efficiently.
- Develop an advanced data collection framework presentation
- Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain database/data systems
- Identify/analyze and interpret trends and provide suggestions for app improvement
- Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
- Documentation and standardization of processes
- Handle client complaints
- Coordinates with the reception team
