We want our employees to look their best and feel part of the OUTFIT brand. To help with this employees are provided with business clothing or clothing allowance with which to purchase appropriate businesswear.
TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
OUTFIT places great value on developing and nurturing our internal talent. We will provide you with Leadership Expectations based training to assist you in achieving your full potential. You will also complete a three month review and annual appraisal to monitor your progress.
BONUS
In recognition of their contribution to the on-going success of our company, OUTFIT employees can earn bonus’ (details of how the bonus is calculated and awarded is given to employees on joining the company) Bonus is discretionary and is paid out subject to the achievement of set targets.
PAID HOLIDAY ENTITLEMENT
Full time non-management Retail employees are entitled to 28 days holiday (including Bank Holidays). Head Office and Retail Management employees are entitled to 25 days holiday (excluding Bank Holidays). Part-time employees receive a pro rata entitlement.
REFER A FRIEND
Employees can earn extra cash by introducing the right people to our business. A £50 gift card is awarded for successful Sales Assistant referrals and up to £1000 cash is awarded for any referrals that result in a Store Management appointment to the business.
