Duty Manager - Rustington

We are looking to recruit a Duty Manager to operate the day to day operations of the business and to assist the Management Team. This is a key position in the Company. You will be responsible for the operational running of the centre and daily shifts, including health and safety, customer care, leading and managing the staff, training and developing the team.

We are looking for an experienced, energetic, confident, and friendly person with excellent customer service skills and great team motivation. Applicants need to have good interpersonal and people management skills, have the ability to oversee sales and drive income, and manage resources and costs.

It is desirable that applicants have relevant knowledge of the leisure industry, or previously held positions within either hospitality, bowling, soft play, climbing industry.

A First Aid at Work Qualification is preferable.

The position does require a flexible working approach to include weekends and evenings in order to meet the requirements of the business.
