Assistant Manager - Rustington

We are looking for an experienced, energetic, confident, and friendly person for the role of Assistant Manager at our exciting leisure destination, Out of Bounds, Rustington.

The role will be to take part in a duty management rota, and when on shift, oversee the business as a whole while managing a team dedicated to creating fun, memorable experiences for the large number of visitors we receive, providing and maintaining high standards of customer service at all times.

This is an exciting opportunity in a fast-growing sector that would suit an experienced Assistant Manager or a high caliber Team Leader/Supervisor looking for their next challenge. This position requires previous relevant experience in either retail, hospitality or the leisure industry, and the ability and maturity to lead by example. Applicants need to have good interpersonal and people management skills, have the ability to oversee sales and drive income, and manage resources and costs.   Holding a current First Aid at Work Certification is preferred, however experience as a First Aider is required.

Applicants are required to demonstrate their track record in areas such as: Food and Beverage management, Customer Service, Performance Management, Cash Control and Stock Control. In addition, applicants may also hold a Personal License to sell alcohol.

£22,000 - £26,000 per annum subject to experience.
