Ottolenghi in Liverpool Street is looking for a restaurant office administrator to join their team now.

You’ll be using your great hospitality knowledge of food and wine heavily in this role. We will give you all the tools you need to be best at this role and training. You will be based at Liverpool Street Ottolenghi spacious office, Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.

The Restaurant Office Administrator role would suit someone who is:

  • Detail orientated
  • Solid telephone manner

You must LOVE numbers and have solid MS Office knowledge as well as heavy hospitality background as this is crucial to do this job.

You’ll be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Daily, weekly invoices & daily cash book
  • Catering orders & some banking
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Stationery & packaging orders for the shop
  • Maintenance log & contractor booking
  • Allocating cash tips
  • Induction for stuff
  • Allergen training & in charge of first aid area
