Bartender

Our beautiful restaurant ROVI from the team behind Ottolenghi has a unique role for an experienced Bartender to join our restaurant in Fitzrovia. We are looking for a Bartender who gets a thrill out of working in a vibrant, non-stop location and who can provide confident service to our guests.

We not only serve delicious cocktails and natural, low-intervention wines, but also exceptional food and coffee, in keeping with the ROVI style and service but on a much larger scale.

As a part of our fantastic bar team you would be able to experiment and develop new cocktail recipes, be creative and bring forward your ideas.

As a Bartender you will:

• Have at least 2 years of previous restaurant bar experience in a very busy, high-quality restaurant environment

• Be passionate about food and coffee to the same degree as cocktails and wine

• Be pro-active and self-disciplined

• Have excellent English language skills

• Be a great team player
