Ottolenghi & NOPI are a small family of restaurants and delis started by Yotam Ottolenghi and Sami Tamimi. We focus on using the freshest produce prepared daily to create dishes with influences from the Mediterranean, North Africa and the Middle East. The restaurants and delis aim to provide a full sensory experience, with regards to both aesthetic design and abundant displays of salads and cakes. Yotam writes a weekly column for The Guardian and along with Sami, has published five widely selling cookbooks.
