Golf Sales Coordinator

Old Thorns is a four-star resort hotel in Hampshire. The hotel is easily accessible from the A3, and only 30 minutes from the M25 and Portsmouth. Old Thorns offers a wide range of accommodation, conference & function facilities, health club, beauty spa, restaurants & bars, and championship golf course.   

We are recruiting for a Golf Sales Coordinator to join our golf sales team.  

Main Responsibilities:

• To ensure all enquiries and bookings are actioned and booked in a professional manner and without delay or duplication
• To ensure all golf related enquiries are recorded and tracked to ensure a quality database is managed efficiently on a daily, weekly, monthly basis.
• To ensure all golf guests from societies and corporate companies are met face to face when arriving and departing Old Thorns
• To assist with marketing initiatives and sales activities to aid the promotion of the golf departments direct bookings and brand awareness

Knowledge/Skills & Experience Required:  

• Previous experience within a sales environment is advantageous
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
• Highly organised and able to work to deadlines 
• Able to work under pressure 
• Excellent administrative skills with strong IT skills
