Spa / Beauty Therapist

Old Thorns is a luxury four-star resort in Hampshire. The hotel is easily accessible from the A3, and only 30 minutes from the M25 and Portsmouth. Old Thorns offers luxury accommodation, conference & function facilities, health club, beauty spa, restaurants & bars and a championship golf course. 

We are recruiting a qualified Spa/Beauty Therapist to join our Spa team in providing a range of high quality treatments. The Spa at Old Thorns specialises in Decleor face and body treatments, OPI manicures and pedicures, Sienna X spray tan, Gelish gel polish, eyelash extensions plus waxing and tinting treatments.

  Main Responsibilities:

• To provide a range of health and beauty treatments to the highest standards
• To be aware of and promote all treatments and any promotions on offer
• To be responsible for equipment, products, cleanliness and hygiene of the treatment areas
• To provide cover on spa reception as required
• To ensure the high levels of customer service are delivered at all times  

Knowledge/Skills & Experience Required: 

• Hold a recognised beauty or spa qualification, minimum NVQ 2 or equivalent
• Smart personal presentation
• Good interpersonal skills with a polite, friendly and approachable manner
• Work well within a team
