About the site

Very busy 37 bedroom hotel with equally as busy bar and restaurant. Also a very busy function business with a large function room that can cater for up to 120 people. Guests are a mix of cooperate and local guests which included families so we pretty much cater for all. Looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager who has experience in hotels and with functions ideally. Good salary and achievable bonus.
