As you divide your time between our residential inductions and our training house of excellence, we'll ensure that you have all of the knowledge and skills needed to be able to bring your own winning ways to your new business

About the Site

We are recruiting for a competent Head Chef to take the business to the next level in producing great quality food, daily specials, and catering for small to large events. The hotel has 18 bedrooms and the restaurant trade has started to increase as we have been building the confidence within the local community and the guests are starting to come back and join us. Require a strong leader, great food knowledge to work within a promising team
