Set against a magnificent city skyline on the 32nd floor, Oblix offers a contemporary, sophisticated yet relaxed dining experience. Stir the senses as you enter the main dining room trough the excitement of the kitchen; or head to the bar for world class cocktails in the ambience and energy of the lounge. 

Candidates will ideally have:

• 1 – 2 years previous experience working in a busy kitchen in London
• have the passion to prepare dishes of the highest quality and a desire to acquire new skills
•  Previous experience on a grill section or within a rotisserie kitchen is desirable but not essential as relevant training will be provided.
