Oatlands Park hotel have a very exciting vacancy for an experienced Senior Beauty Therapist to open our treatment rooms.

Main Responsibilities:

• To carry out beauty treatments to the required standards ensuring the specific treatment time is adhered to.
• To promote products, along with a full home care prescription.
• To attend any appropriate training courses required
• Always demonstrate sincere customer focus and true appreciation for the guest experience
• Ensure all dealings with guests within the Treatment Room area meet or exceed the hotel's operating standards
• Ensure all areas of the Treatment Rooms are kept clean and well maintained at all times
• Ensure compliance with all legislation governing the operation of the Treatment Room area
• Ensure the health and safety of guests and employees is paramount at all times
• Ensure proper inventories of all operating Treatment equipment are conducted in line with audit standards in order to effectively manage operational cost
• Responsible for developing strong product quality and treatment measures
• Ensure that the treatment room department follows hotel's policies and procedures including health and hygiene procedures, emergency and Fire prevention
• Ensure all treatment equipment is maintained in good working order at all times
• Ensure that all stock and cash items are kept safely under lock and key
• Responsible for reviewing all guest feedback results and implement improvements to ensure guest satisfaction
• Follow hotels purchasing standards to ensure audit compliance.
• Coordinate with the Maintenance Department to ensure proper repair and preventive maintenance works of all Treatment equipment
• Perform a monthly inventory of Treatment Rooms Stock level for retail and operational products
