OAKFEST

Oakfest! A time for Oakman Inns to say 'thank you' for the past year to all our teams. Oakfest is a festival style event where music, fun and of course delicious fresh food is served. Our businesses close for one day to ensure all our employees can attend.

All our teams can earn extra Christmas team party bonuses by smashing their year-on-year targets. Each site supports the other to ensure they have a great Christmas party and enjoy the festive season together.
