About the Role

Set in the beautiful grounds of one of the finest private schools in the country, the facility provides top of the range health & sporting facilities for the local community outside of the School operating hours. The Assistant Programme Manager will play a key role in helping to develop future strategy and lead the onsite team with key responsibilities in:

* Site operations & H&S Management
* Team Management & People Development
* Delivery of Annual Marketing & Retention Plan
* Achieving expected Sales Targets
* Achieving expected Financial Targets
* Maintaining a long standing client relationship
* Full Management of the Facility during the absence of the Programme Manager
* This is an excellent opportunity to be involved in a medium/large busy facilitie that has seen growth in all areas within the past 12-15months.

Qualifications:

* Fitness Qualification (Reps/CIMSPA) - Desirable
* IOSH Managing Health & Safety - Desirable but not essential
* NPLQ Lifeguard - Desirable but not essential
* Group Exercise Qualification - Desirable but not essential

Skills/Experience

* Proven track record of leading/motivating a team of staff
* Proven track record of understanding and managing budgets an P&L spreadsheets
* Good knowledge of HR processes and practises
* Good Knowledge of H&S legislation
* Sales Experience in a B2C Environment is desired
* Duty Management Experience
