The opportunity
Nuffield Health is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Senior Physiotherapist to join the team at Leeds Hospital. You will see a wide range of neurological conditions and will play a key role in helping our patients achieve, maintain and recover to the level of health and wellbeing that they aspire to.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team including fitness professionals and clinicians to optimise the health of our patients.

The person
To succeed as a senior physiotherapist, you will need to:
*Deliver excellent clinical care that is evidence based, Safe, Effective, Caring, Well-led and responsive to our patient's needs in both out-patient and in-patient settings
*Ensure on-going monitoring of the standard of treatment provided
*Be compliant with all professional, clinical and integrated governance standards and participate in clinical audit and other quality assurance processes
As well as:
Recognised advanced practice
Specialist, senior level, post-registration experience gained through formal training required to meet registration requirements.
Demonstrable specialist experience as a Subject Matter Expert
Significant postgraduate experience including extensive musculoskeletal experience
CPD portfolio reflecting a wide range of Physiotherapy experience with a focus on neurological conditions
Experience of working in the UK healthcare sector
Must be physically fit enough to meet the demands of the role
Be able to demonstrate appropriate clinical reasoning skills in relation to:
Being able to work independently.
Being able to work in both the hospital and community settings safely and independently.
Neurological physiotherapy initial assessment skills.
Neurological physiotherapy intervention skills.
Working with an MDT and completing inter-disciplinary working.
Essential Requirements:
HCPC registered
BSc or MSc in Physiotherapy
At least 2 years experience specialising in neurology related rehabilitation
Salary - Dependent on experience
