Sales and Services Advisor

Plymouth Hospital | Sales | Permanent | Full Time | Salary £19,578 per annum

37.5 hours per week

A post has arisen for a full time Sales & Services Advisor to join our team.

Often as the first point of patient contact, you will provide an excellent customer service experience to all visitors that call or come to the hospital for advice, ensuring you build strong relationships with internal and external customers, giving timely and correct advice when requested.

You will also operate the Hospital Advice Handling Service through Salesforce to Company requirements achieving team and individual KPIs set for conversions and enquiry handling measurements.

In addition you will provide administrative support and work with the team for Marketing & Events. You will also provide support and general assistance to other areas within the multidisciplinary team as necessary and ensure all data/information is entered, modified, maintained and presented accurately and efficiently using the appropriate electronic or manual system and format.

Excellent communication and proven customer service skills, an eye for detail and IT skills (experience of Microsoft Office) are essential along with the ability to work in a team. Previous experience in a similar type of role in healthcare or a role demonstrating excellent customer service is essential for this position.
