Wellness Adviser

London (Corporate)| Administration | Permanent Contract | Full Time

Up to £42,000 to £45,000 per annum depending on experience

40 hrs a week

This is a unique role working onsite at a client office in central London to project manage and lead on administration activity across multiple services within Wellness.

  • Project manage and lead Wellness projects, involving collaboration with colleagues across the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), managing stakeholders and implementations

  • Analytical management of data to lead on problem solving and ensuring innovation and best practice is delivered within the Wellness programming

  • Use data to analyse existing business processes in order to identify alternative solutions and recommend new approaches

  • Oversee and lead the researching of speakers, speaker contracts, preparing moderator speaking notes, room bookings and overseeing registration using the internal systems

  • Management of multiple existing wellness vendors with within EMEA. Point of contact for vendors administration queries. Collaboration with multiple external helpline teams, to manage escalated queries and issues.

  • Develop communication strategies and design/produce employee communications that support engagement across all Wellness activity in EMEA.

  • Review employee presentations for new hires, graduate/intern programmes and maternity meetings.

  • Coach, mentor and support other Wellness contingent worker colleagues who support the firms Wellness Programme

To succeed as a Wellness Advisor you will need:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in corporate Wellness analyst or equivalent position

  • Project Management experience working with Wellness products is essentia

  • Significant experience of analysing data from a range of sources

  • Strong attention to detail, analytical, organisational and administration skills

  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint skills

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills

  • Proactive in your work, using initiative to find solutions to problems

  • Comfortable in a highly professional and dynamic office environment, working within a busy team

  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to guide others you work alongside
