The Role
As a Deputy Housekeeping Team Leader you will:
Be the first point of contact for all queries relating to Housekeeping/Cleaning
Manage and work alongside the Housekeeping team to deliver a consistently high standard of cleaning to the hospital
Carry out administration duties, including producing and organising work rotas
Co-ordinate with the Site management team
Ensure that Health and Safety procedures are followed at all times
Order stock as and when required
The Person
To succeed as a Deputy Housekeeping Manager you will:
Have previous experience of working in a customer facing environment
Be committed, flexible and reliable individual who is able to ensure the provision of a high quality cleaning service
Be a good communicator
Be able to work well in a team as well as working independently
Have proven, demonstrable experience of leading a cleaning/facilities team.
Be enthusiastic and self-motivated and possess an eye for detail ensuring our customer experience is of the highest quality.

Salary: Up to £18,800 per annum dependent on experience
Location: Stockton-on-Tees
Contract: Permanent
Weekly Hours: Full Time (37.5)
