Sales and Marketing Assistant

Nuffield Health, the UK's largest not for profit healthcare provider, is seeking a Sales and Marketing Assistant at our Nuffield Health Taunton Hospital.

Our Role

This is a varied, frontline role delivering a highly customer focused service to new patients. You must be able to demonstrate flexibility, excellent communication and organisational skills. You will have good IT and keyboard skills. Experience within a busy customer facing environment would naturally be preferred.

Applications would be welcomed from graduates looking to start their career in sales and marketing.

Responsibilities of a Sales and Marketing Assistant

• You will be dealing with our customers on a daily basis handling new patient enquiries giving information about the hospital's range of services, treatments as well as maintaining various databases.
• You will respond to a wide variety of customer requests, including responding to new customer enquires either by phone or email in a timely manner. A big part of the role involves being part of a team and working together to find solutions as well delivering on individual tasks and using your initiative.
• You will assist in the production of marketing publications and campaigns to support business development plans and activities.
• You will help to organise and support internal and external events, producing supporting documentation as required.
• You will also use social media platforms to promote our business and attract new activity. The job holder will help to maintain the hospitals website pages, collate and interpret information and produce reports, as required.

Our Ideal Front of House Team Member will have:

• GCSE English and Maths or equivalent qualification
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills and a good level of IT literacyGood attention to detail
