We are looking for a Senior Physiotherapist to join our Fitness and Wellbeing site in Stoke Poges. There are a number of opportunities available within this area, and this role is offered for both full time and part time hours. This role can also be considered for working across multi sites, including Stockley Park or Sunbury, or one of our Corporate sites.

Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team in a gym environment, you'll see a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, from sports to workplace-related injuries. You'll deliver high-quality and effective clinical care. And you'll use state-of-the-art equipment and rehabilitation facilities to help patients make real progress.

The site boasts a range of facilities that you can utilise to treat patients from the incredible gym with functional training area and rehab area, a swimming pool, and a full Clinic including onsite GP and Physiologists.

We believe in our people and, to help you progress too, you'll be supported by your regional clinical lead and have protected CPD time. You'll also have access to a local in-service training programme and training events organised by the Nuffield Health Physiotherapy Academy. This will include both clinical and leadership courses.

The Main Clinical Duties and Responsibilities are to:

* Deliver excellent clinical care that is evidence based, Safe, Effective, Caring, Well-led and responsive to our patient's needs.
* Ensure on-going monitoring of the standard of treatment provided
* Be compliant with all professional, clinical and integrated governance standards and participate in clinical audit and other quality assurance processes

Your Qualifications, Experience, Skills and Values

With a BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent, you'll be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council. You will have evidence of further professional training and continual professional development, reflecting your desire to develop as a practitioner. You will need a minimum of 5 years MSK experience.

You'll be a confident communicator with the ability to engage effectively with the general public and other healthcare professionals. With a commitment to the use of evidence-based practice, you'll also be able to demonstrate excellent manual therapy skills.

We expect you to be a competent and confident IT user and to be well organised - you'll have the ability to prioritise and deal with your varied workload in an effective and timely manner.
