Organisation relationships:
Reports to: Assistant General Manager, General Manager and Managing Directors.
Manages: Supervises staff on duty.
Co-Ordinates with: All employees, customers and suppliers of The Northcote Group of Companies. Working Pattern:5 Days a weekHours specific to individual

Primary objectives:

  • To maintain standards of food and service to a high level with an aim to attain a Michelin 2 star award for all services in the restaurant and private dining areas.
  • To aid the General Manager in continuing to improve all aspects of hotel hospitality attaining high standards of all hotel aspects with aims in line with ‘Raising the Game’.
  • To manage the Epos system to ensure it operates in a way consistent with the needs of the business and reporting is timely and accurate.
  • Support the General Manager in a proactive way, contributing to a smooth successful running of Northcote.
