We are searching for a Food and Drink Team Leader who can support the Head of Food and Drink in our busy Hotel, working across all F&B outlets, with specific responsibility for Conference & Events. 

 

Your day to day;

  • Taking control of the everyday conference and events operation
  • Taking charge of large-scale events including weddings and private functions
  • Supporting the wider Food & Drink Team
  • Managing staff levels in line with the needs of the business
  • Managing and developing the skills of your team
  • Motivating those Team Members around you to maintain standards
  • Being the point of call for any for conference and events
  • Creating unique guest experiences

 

Who are we looking for?  

You will need to be proactive and ensure the smooth running of day to day operations across the Food & Drink Department, particularly Conference and Events 

This is a hands-on role so you will need to be comfortable with rolling up your sleeves and getting involved with service on daily basis.

We need someone with previous experience of working within a busy conference and events or restaurant setting within a 4-star environment with exposure to supervisory or management duties.  You will need a passion for hospitality and a genuine desire for providing excellent service to our guests. 

Our business is open all day every day so you will need to be flexible with the times you can work.
