We are looking for people who share our energy, enthusiasm and passion for creating the best experience possible for our guests.  As Supervisors in our Food & Beverage team you will play a key role in the overall customer experience, working with a team on shift to create a friendly atmosphere our guests will love.

You must have a flexible approach to hours of work, which will include evenings, weekends and bank holidays.  We are recruiting for a full time position which will be an average of 40 hours per week with every other weekend off.

Previous restaurant or bar experience is preferred

What you’ll do:

  • Responsible for running shifts
  • Ensuring the highest level of service is delivered at all times
  • To allocate breaks for staff where necessary
  • Assist with ordering, controlling of stock flow and ensure date rotation is adhered to
  • To complete shift handovers for fellow members of the management team
  • To be responsible for completion of all sickness & return to work forms
  • Be able to adapt and be versatile to the various responsibilities within the role
  • Proactively welcoming and greeting guests to the restaurant
  • To deal efficiently and courteously with all queries
  • Ensuring the restaurant environment is always maintained and cleaned to a high standard both during and after service
  • Knowing the restaurant menus thoroughly to be able to offer guidance and make recommendations.
  • To participate in F & B management meetings
  • Follow licensing regulations
