Kitchen Breakfast Team Members - Nando’s Gatwick

We are currently recruiting for full time Breakfast Team members to join our Nando’s family. As a Breakfast Team member, you’ll have a passion for preparing great food, take pride in your presentation and in your standards, have the courage to challenge the status quo, the integrity to hold your hands up to mistakes, and treat your colleagues like family. You’ll have excellent communication skills, and work well under pressure.

So what does a Breakfast team member at Nando’s do?

Our Breakfast team members are the heart and soul of our restaurant in the mornings, they work in busy stressful environments and they have fun doing it! You’ll be trained in all areas of food preparation, from fridge to plate, and there is lots of scrubbing and cleaning involved too – at the end of the shift we clean everything and reset for the next day, and we give full training in this area too!

You can expect to have a contract for 35-40 hours a week, starting rate of pay is £8.35 per hour and after you’ve completed training we will increase your pay to suit your experience. You’ll work 5 shifts over 7 days with 2 days off a week. Earliest start time is 3am and you could finish between 11am and 2pm depending on your starting time – so flexibility is a must! You must be available to do early starts and weekends, and we aim to rotate weekends off.
