Role
- To manage your designated concession business
- To deliver all agreed targets
- To build a strong client base through excellence of service
- To create brand awareness with in store activity and events.
- To manage the training and motivation of your team, ensuring all company standards are met.
Experience
- Minimum of 1 year's management experience in a customer facing role in the service sector, (ideally the beauty or retail industry) and in a fast paced environment.
- Proven target achievement and business acumen.
- To have successfully managed a team.
