Food and Beverage Manager - The Spa at Beckenham
Reports to: General Manager
Location: The Spa at Beckenham
Salary: £26,000.00 plus benefits
Job Type: Permanent, full time (40 hours per week, including evening and weekend shifts)

A fantastic opportunity has become available at our award-winning leisure centre, The Spa at Beckenham, for a Food and Beverage Manager responsible for the day-to-day management of the F&B Department.
What skills we are looking for
We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised, practical and process driven Manager, with a strong commercial head and a passion for delivering exemplary customer care. You will be responsible to lead and drive a committed F&B team and a very successful operation providing a full food and beverage service offering throughout the day as well as catering for functions.
The ideal candidate will have gained at least 1-2 years food and beverage management experience. In addition, the candidate must hold Food Safety Level 2 certificate, but this not essential.
The key pre-requisites are that you can ensure a comprehensive and professional F&B operation focusing on maximising the performance of a great team with strong leadership, direction and commerciality as well as guaranteeing the highest standards of safety and hygiene are maintained within a diverse and challenging environment.
