About the role

This is a pivotal role in the transformation of IT in support of the business's wider change and transformation agenda. Responsible for the strategic direction and technical solutions architecture of the IT Infrastructure and desktop estate in order to future proof the business. Managing the provision of all IT Operations within Mytime Active. Further responsibilities include the management of IT staff (in-house and 3rd party) and the day-to-day management of vendors. This role is hands-on and will include responsibility for SQL databases and report development and support.
