Regional Food and Beverage Manager - Bromley, London and South Regions

Reports to: Regional Manager

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + excellent benefits

Job Type: Full time, Permanent (40 hours per week)

Are you a proven regional sales manager who loves to drive sales and performance through a strategic approach?

As Regional Sales Manager, you will lead and direct the Membership and Sales function across the regions, driving forward performance as well instigating new business and service opportunities. As an experienced manager you will empower the current workforce and ensure the business has a clear thought-out strategic approach to membership, sales and retention.

We are seeking an outstanding candidate who has:

  • Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team of staff to deliver organisational objectives within a climate of change and a culture of continuous improvement;
  • Sound interpersonal skills with proven ability to work effectively with a wide variety of individuals and groups, including colleagues, partners and external agencies;
  • Proven analytical skills and strategic thinking with the ability to develop and deliver strategies that meet business needs;
  • Proven ability to develop and implement policies and procedures, which have, regard to the particular circumstances of the facilities, legislation and best professional practice;
  • Proven problem solving and decision-making skills, and the ability to be flexible and exercise sound judgement;
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively, including the ability to produce and present clear reports and guidance which interpret and effectively explain complex issues;
  • Proven ability to analyse/interpret statistical information and use such information to inform business decisions;
  • Financial management skills to manage a large budget and set challenging targets;
