Buzz Zone Supervisor - Pavilion Leisure Centre

Reports to: Buzz Zone/Food & Beverage Manager

Salary: £16,600 per annum

Job Type: Full Time, 40 hrs a week working five days over a 7 day rota and includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays

The Pavilion requires an enthusiastic Supervisor to motivate and lead our Buzz Zone team.  You will be responsible for ensuring high standards of customer service and will be responsible for the day-to-day management of soft play, children’s activities and parties. 

Previous experience of working with children and supervising a team in a similar environment is essential. You will also have:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proven planning, decision making and organisational skills
  • Ability to lead, motivate and supervise a team of staff
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience of working effectively as a team member

This post is subject to satisfactory DBS clearance
