We employ more than 1000 staff at our centres and golf courses and also have a bank of casual workers. Our support service teams are based in Linden House in Bromley (South London)and include Human Resources, Finance, Sales and Marketing, Memberships and the Community Development Team.
Conditions of Employment
Offers of employment/casual work are dependent upon proof of your right to work in the UK, health clearance, Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) clearance (for specific posts) and satisfactory references.
We offer opportunities for full-time, part-time or casual work. Our site opening hours present the opportunity for flexible working times such as evenings and weekends as well as weekdays.
Permanent employees are entitled to 22 days paid leave plus bank holidays, a company stakeholder pension scheme, free facility membership and childcare vouchers. We invest in staff development and provide excellent training opportunities.
We call on casual workers as and when we need cover and offer a number of hours work at an agreed hourly rate which is paid monthly in arrears.
