The Pilgrm is a new 73-bedroom hotel opening in Paddington’s Norfolk Square.

We are looking for a Bar Tender to join our opening team to help us create something beautiful. You will be passionate about great hospitality
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure all guests are welcomed with the highest level of hospitality being extended
- Hold a strong knowledge of spirits and wine, being able to connect guests with our unique cocktail menu taken from around the globe
- Manage the stock, both wine and cocktails
- Minimise costs for bar operations and stock
- Operate on the floor as a waiter to ensure guest are receiving the best service possible
- Ensure a high level of communication between the Bar and Kitchen
- Ensure that the bar is set-up correctly and is maintained in an organised and clean state at all times
