The Pilgrm is a new 73-bedroom hotel opening in Paddington’s Norfolk Square. At The Pilgrm, we are reinterpreting the traditional hotel and removing any perceived barriers between us and our guests. The Pilgrm team are searching for a Head of Marketing. An individual who can share their creative expression with commercial goals, but is also grounded in strategy and possesses the clarity to be able to see the bigger picture.

Responsibilities include:

  • To position The Pilgrm in front of all key audiences, following the commercial strategy.
  • Help deliver the financial targets of the hotel as result of these marketing strategies and activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with all notable and targeted companies, businesses and personalities which can assist in the positioning of The Pilgrm and drive business to the hotel.
  • Ensure data capture points are functioning and that data captured is accurate and consolidated within Cendyn CRM tool.
  • Manage OTA relationships for marketing and brand purposes, ensuring the hotel is accurately depicted at all times.
  • Be the point of contact for suppliers relating to marketing, sales and PR, including social media consultant and systems suppliers.
  • Lead on the launch and management of any rooms/F&B promotions required.
