Food and Beverage Assistant - My Chelsea, London

My Chelsea is a 4* boutique hotel that has a great opportunity for a Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team. We have recently undergone an exciting refurbishment, opening our new Food and Drink space called, 'The Living Room' which means there is no better time to join our lovely team! We are looking for a friendly and proactive food and beverage team member to provide a polite and efficient service to all hotel guests, in line with hotel procedures and policies, whilst achieving maximum guest satisfaction. There are likely to be an average of five shifts per week including breakfast shifts, afternoon and evening shifts.

Main Responsibilities

To serve food and drink to both external and internal guests
To prepare specialist coffee to a high standard
To prepare cocktails in line with the specification
set up the breakfast buffet, polish glassware and cutlery
To provide 5* customer service to our guests at all times
To maintain the presentation and cleanliness 'The Living Room' including back of house and the kitchen
To rotate stock when necessary
To be aware of licensing regulations, including weights and measurements, under age drinking, drinking up time and food handling regulations
To ensure that table service is maintained up to the standard of performance
To report any maintenance faults to the Duty Manager
To ensure that all wastage and breakages are recorded via the correct procedure
To promote My Chelsea and other properties within the My Hotels Group at all times
To attend any training sessions that are organised
To report any customer feedback to supervisors
To assist Guest Services with reception duties when necessary
