DEPARTMENT: Food & Beverage
RESPONISIBLE FOR: Food and Beverage and Events Operations
DIRECT REPORTS: None
REPORTS TO: Floor Manager/ Restaurant Manager
MAIN OBJECTIVE OF POSITION
Assist the Waiter/Waitress to create a unique food and beverage experience to our clients providing efficient, prompt, trouble free and courteous service in line with the Restaurant Manager and the clubs corporate guidelines and service concepts.

TASKS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
BAR / LOUNGE
- Prepares service areas ready for operation
- Carries out correct opening and closing procedures with particular regards to monies and charge dockets
- Serves clients as requested at either the counter or at their table
- Maintains the cleanliness of the area of operation
- Adhere to the Licensing Laws
- Assist colleagues in other food and beverage service areas
