You main responsibility will be to support the kitchen team with fresh ingredient preparation and assembling specific dishes

The Role 

• In charge of running a section in the kitchen
• Overseeing the commis team when necessary 
• Preparing, cooking and presenting our dishes to Miznon standard
• Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen at all times
• Working to highest standard of food hygiene, health and safety
• Confidently communicate and adapt to different situations, opportunities and challenges in the kitchen
• A passion and interest in fresh produce, suppliers and the hospitality industry
• You will be reporting to the Head Chef
