Breakfast Supervisor

The Milford Hall Hotel & Spa is a 4 Star Hotel located in Central Salisbury have 45 beautiful rooms and function suites for up to 130 guests.

We are looking for a Breakfast Supervisor to join our happy, reliable and conscientious team. We need a service professional who'll take pride in serving a great breakfast with a friendly disposition to help our guests have a great start to the day

The ideal candidate would possess the following qualities and skills;

• Excellent punctuality
• Develops positive working relationships at all levels
• Has the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Is flexible, adapts quickly and positively to new situations
• To assist and support in the day-to-day running of the Food and Beverage department, taking responsibility in the manager's absence
• Ensures that they have exemplary product knowledge
• To ensure that operational standards are maintained throughout the department at all times
• Conforms to standards and procedures whilst adhering to legal obligations at all times
• An organised individual who uses a systematic approach to completing tasks and meeting deadlines
• To assist with the management of effective waste and cost controls in the department
• There may also be a requirement for the candidate to undertake duty management shifts

As we are a hospitality business, it is a requirement that candidates are available to work also at weekends  and flexible with daily hours.
