Sous/junior Sous chef - London
Mildreds is a well-established, busy vegetarian and vegan restaurant. With four branches across London, we are currently looking for someone to join and help lead our kitchen team.
A great opportunity exists to be part of our growth and expansion cooking great vegetarian and vegan international fusion cuisine.
You must have the ability to learn fast and adapt quickly to our kitchen environment, be attentive and committed to delivering food fast but to a high standard.
A good command of English is essential, you must hold a current food hygiene certificate and be eligible to work in the UK.
Good knowledge in GP, Stock taking, Stock control, rota, budgets and ordering is essential.
Flexible Rota and Hours, 5-6 shifts per week will be required over a 7 day varied rota
