Metropolitan Pub Company is super excited to welcome our first pub in Bath, The Bear Inn!

Home to the famous Snowy, The Bear Inn will bring to a focus on real ales, craft beers and fresh, seasonal and innovative hand-prepared food. An extensive refurbishment will renovate this local landmark into a community driven neighbourhood pub. The Bear Inn will also have 6 individually designed boutique bedroom, complementing our innovative food and drink offer.

We are now recruiting for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our new opening!

The successful applicant will have previous experience in a similar environment and be enthusiastic about working in a busy kitchen with extremely high standards for quality and freshness of produce. The Chef de Partie will be responsible for managing sections and developing the team.

The Chef de Partie is an important role and supports the Head Chef in maintaining and delivering our high standards of quality and presentation of food while being given the room to develop and create on our menus.
