Assistant Manager

The Black Lion is looking for an Assistant Manager to join the team!

Located in the heart of West Hampstead The Black Lion aims to offer great food & drink, served in a relaxed & friendly style. We have a large split level back garden which benefits from the sun setting over it in the evening. As well as a front terrace. Real ales are important to The Black Lion so there will be plenty of choice from some of Britain's best loved ales.

The Role:

As an Assistant Manager you'll work with the general manager to run the pub, hire, train and develop the team, plan events and take charge of everything when the general manager's away. You've already worked as an assistant manager in a busy pub for at least a year, and we're keen to know what you've learnt.
But it's more than that.

We're much more interested in who you are and what you're really like. What are you like to work with? How do you rally a team? Are you calm when things don't go to plan? What makes you laugh?
