Assistant Manager

The Wilmington is looking for an Assistant Manager to join the team.

The Wilmington is a listed 19th Century public house conveniently positioned across from the food mecca, Exmouth Market, further adding to the recent developments around King's Cross, Farringdon and Clerkenwell.

As an Assistant Manager you'll work with the General Manager to run the pub, hire, train and develop the team, plan events and take charge of everything when the general manager's away. You've already worked as an Assistant Manager in a busy pub for at least a year, and we're keen to know what you've learnt.
But it's more than that.
