We are currently recruiting for a Full–time SENIOR SPA THERAPIST to join our team. Salary £17,500 plus the opportunity to earn commission on beauty retail sales.

For our treatments we use DECLEOR which combines nature’s purest and most potent active ingredients. Full Decleor training will be given.
The Mercure Dartford Brands Hatch Hotel is located in the stunning countryside of Kent and overlooks the renowned Brands Hatch Racing Circuit. The hotel has undergone a full refurbishment for all 121 bedrooms. The Restaurant and themed Racing Bar are open every evening, offering various options to relax and meet with friends. The leisure club has an indoor swimming pool, steam room and Jacuzzi and for ultimate relaxation there are 4 treatment rooms available.
The Senior Spa Therapist is a key member of leisure team and is responsible for leading and supervising the team of Spa Therapists to ensure that guests and leisure members are consistently receiving an impeccable personalised service experience.
At Spa Naturel we use Decleor and full training will be provided.
Flexibility is important; this position will require availability to work varied shifts including weekends, evenings, holidays and sick cover.
Overview of Duties
- Carries out the beauty treatments offered by the Spa in accordance with the brand's treatment standards and protocols
- To provide a high quality Spa experience in compliance with standards and protocols, respecting appointment times and standard treatment durations
- Ensure the operation is running smoothly, efficiently and profitably
- Attract and secure repeat bookings and new business
- Organise tactical promotions
- Promote retail sales within team
- Monitor appointments and bookings and highlight any issues in business to the Spa & Leisure Manager
