GROW Programme

The Macs GROW Programme is designed to progress your career through from bar team to General Manager, and KP to Head Chef.  With a mix of on-site learning, off job courses and online learning we ensure that all of our team are trained and developed to reach their full potential.

Because we operate within a tight geography our team benefit from our excellent Training Centre at our Hertford brewery. This has a fully working bar and cellar, a well-equipped training suite with syndicate rooms and an exceptional training kitchen with 12 work-stations. We believe that thorough training lays great foundations for an amazing career.

We also offer apprenticeships at all levels – so if you want to follow an apprenticeship training route we can do that too!
